Location

Villa Grazia was opened in 2001, and is located on a 1200 sqm large property in a calm area but near the center. It is situated 700m away from the famous thermal
lake, in a wunderful green enviroment. You can take a 10 minutes walk every evening, and visit the vineyard, where 20 cosy wine traverns line up side by side. There you have the chance to enjoy the famous wines of Hungary.

The villa

The Villa is recommended for quests who would like to spend their holidays close to the nature, in green, peaceful surroundings. There is a 5x10 metres pool with a 100 sqm sun terrace and deck-chairs. A big covered terrace with grill is also at the guests' disposal.

Apartments

All apartements are equipped with mini kitchen with pots and pans, fridge, coffeemaker. Each of them has bathroom, color TV, safe and own balcony.
Altogether there are 8 apartments: 1 for one person, 5 for 2 persons, 1 for 3 persons and 1 for a family (max. 3 adults + 1 child). The latter two have separate bedroom and livingroom area.
There are two apartments where extrabed is available.

Cancellation and children policy

In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or if you fail to show up, the price of the first night is charged.
Up to 8 years 1 child can stay free of charge in the room of the parents.
