Location

The Rufus House can be found next to the 'Golden Beach', in a street surrounded by old sycamores, close to all main sights in town. The coca-cola beach house can be reached with a 5 minutes walk. The one and only sandy beach and the best restaurants of the town are within 200 metres distance from the house. By a few minutes walk you can reach the beach promenade with its colourful little shops, the port of siófok and the railway station as well.

Apartments

The house is surrounded by a nice garden and behind the house a swimming-pool (7 x 4 m) can be found. The house is furnished stylishly and it consists of three separate units:

2 x two-bedroom apartments at the lower storey, for 4 persons each. Both apartments have two double bedrooms and a livingroom with open plan kitchen and terrace. A modern bathroom also belongs to each apartment.


At the second storey there is an apartment for 6 persons, with 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and TV. There is a big livingroom with an open plan kitchen. The apartment has two terraces to the south and to the north. For more comfort they are furnished with wooden garden furniture.


The apartments are very well equipped with all kitchen utensils and internet. Outside in the garden there is a possibility to barbeque at open fire place. Upon request crib and baby-chair can be provided.

Rental policy

The apartments can be rented for a minumum of 7 nights. After booking a pre-payment of 30% is required by the aparment owner via bank transfer. The booking is finalised when the apartment owner confirms the receipt of the pre-payment.

Cancellation policy

After booking a pre-payment of 30% is required by the aparment owner via bank transfer. in case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival the pre-payment is not returnable.
