Location
Siófok is the "capital" of the Balaton, it can be found along the south shore. The new apartment house is located 800 m from the lake, in the center of the town but still in a quiet place.
Apartments
There are different apartments where 2-5 person can stay. All apartments have bathroom, kitchen, tv and safe.
Apartment for 2 persons: studio apartment with 2 beds and kitchen corner. Bathroom with shower. Size: cca 25 sqm.
Apartment for 3 persons: studio apartment with 2 beds and kitchen corner. There is an additional fold-out bed for the 3rd guest. Bathroom with shower.
Apartment for 4 persons: one-bedroom apartment with separate bedroom and livingroom area. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and a convertible bed for 2 persons in the livingroom area. Kitchen and dining corner. One of the apartments is suitable for 5 persons with an additional fold-out bed. Bathroom with shower. Size: cca 45 sqm.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, VAT, final cleaning, and linen. Local tax is not included.
Rental policy
The apartments can be rented for a minumum of 7 nights in high-season (from saturday to saturday). After booking a pre-payment of 30% is required by the aparment owner via bank transfer. The booking is finalised when the apartment owner confirms the receipt of the pre-payment.
Cancellation
After booking a pre-payment of 30% is required by the aparment owner via bank transfer. In case of cancellation within 21 days before arrival the pre-payment is not returnable.
Children policy
Children under age 6 receive 50% discout from the rates, between 6 and 10 years 30% discount applies.
