The apartment building can be found at Lake Balaton, 150 metres from the beach. The area is a quiet recreational part of the city with villa style buildings. Super market, bus stop within 300 metres, restaurant in the same building.
The apartments
In the apartment-complex the following apartment types are available:
For 2 persons: living room/bedroom (extra bed), well equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower/WC), cable TV, individual heating, balcony with furniture.
For 2+2 persons: living room/bedroom (extra bed), well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom (shower/WC), cable TV, individual heating.
Extra beds are available on request.
Amenities
Parking in the closed courtyard. All the apartments have fully equipped kitchen, individual heating and satellite TV. Inner court with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbath terrace.

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen, towels.
VAT 20% and tourist tax has to be paid extra.
In case you stay less than 4 nights 30% surcharge is to be paid.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or if you fail to show up, the price of the first night is charged.
Renting conditions and key pick-up
The price is to be paid in advance upon arrival along with the tourist tax (appr. 360 HUF/person/day). The key can be picked up in our partner office in Keszthely (800 metres from the apartments) during opening hours. Check-in from 3 pm. and check-out until 9 am.
A deposit of 50 EUR/person is to be paid, which will be returned on departure if no damage was made.
Minimum 4 nights stay is required, otherwise 30% supplement is charged.
