Location

The new Anett's Villa (opened in May 2004), is a modern building, with 9 apartments. It is situated in one of Hévíz’s most flowery and wonderful streets, in a peaceful, natural environment, yet not far from the lake and the town centre. The apartments are suitable for guests who like to spend their holiday in calm, peaceful surroundings of high standard, in a familiar atmosphere.
Within 100 m you can find 2 nice restaurants and within 500 m a playground, hairdresser, and groceries. Guests can have massage in the house. You can park your car in the safe garden. In the grass-covered part of the garden guests will find a pergola, deck-beds and parasols.

The apartments

There are 8 apartments with a size of 35-45 m2. Each of them has:
- living-room (television set)
- well-equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils etc.)
- bathroom (toilet, shower)
- bedroom
- own balcony

There is one family apartment (55 m2) with an additional "tower room", otherwise it has the same equipment.

Reservation Currency Converter

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen, towels and VAT. Local tax is extra 1,5 EUR/person/day.
In case you stay less than 4 nights 20% surcharge is to be paid.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or if you fail to show up, the price of the first night is charged.
